ADVANTAGES OF THE MIKVEH MALCHUT

Our mikveh

Our mikveh can be installed inside an inner space within one working day.

  • Construction takes one day (up to two for a very big mikveh). From the moment we receive an order, it takes one to three weeks preparation at the factory, after which the mikveh is ready to be installed

Discretion ensured: neighbors do not know that a mikveh is being built because the  material looks like plaster boards.

  • All our mikvehs are “tevilat deoritta” (Torah prescribed).

Construction time

Concrete mikvehs

  • Concrete mikvehs take one to two months’ work.
  • They use polluting materials and make the area of the mikveh unusable until construction is finished.
  • If you have a concrete mikveh that leaks, do not worry. We can build our mikveh in the existing concrete space and solve the problem in one day.
  • Not all concrete mikvehs are “tevilat deoritta.”
  •

Our mikveh

Because of the minimal thickness of the material used, we gain a large surface area of water.

The excavation area is smaller.

The amount of excavation waste removal is smaller.

Our mikveh can deal better with shakes.

Our mikveh saves hours of cleaning and drying.

There is no trapped water

It dries easily with a cloth.

Saving in construction cost

Concrete mikvehs

  • Concrete mikvehs

    • If you want a concrete mikveh of the same size, you have to build a mikveh that is 20% to 30% larger.

Our mikveh

    • The Mikveh Malchut cannot be moved intact from place to another.
    • Our mikveh is one unit: all our mikvehs are built from the same material.
    • The Mikveh Malchut is more kosher from a halachic point of view,

as per the rulings of posek Imrei Yaakov 1 , 23 , 4

    • There is no fear of trapped water.
    • Only the Mikveh Malchut can be checked for leakages at any moment, unlike concrete mikvehs which are checked every six months.
  • This is thanks to the development of our “testing coop” as in the temple.

    • In the Mikveh Malchut, leakages are detected and repaired in a few minutes using an electrical tester.

Halachic advantage

Concrete mikvehs

  • Concrete mikvehs

    • Concrete mikvehs can be detached from the ground and moved from place to place.
    • Concrete mikvehs are made of iron, cement, gravel, sealing materials, ceramic or mosaic tiles.
    • They can have a problem of trapped water (because of the mosaic or ceramic tiling)
    • Maintenance is expensive in every respect.
    • In concrete mikvehs, the source of a leakage is difficult to identify and repair is complicated, lengthy and very expensive.

Our mikveh

Only our company offers a solution to the problem of concrete mikvehs that leak – we build our mikveh inside the leaking mikveh with our material and, in this way, we solve the problem quickly and cheaply.

  • Problems: leaking concrete mikveh
  •    Only we are able to find a leak electrically within a few minutes and       repair it in a few minutes.
  •  With us, there is no fear that the concrete will absorb water and the water  will spread to the walls of the house and seep down through all the floors   causing the paint to swell and become moldy.

Problems with mikvehs Leaking concrete

Concrete mikvehs

  • It is not possible to locate a leak with certainty!
  • The process takes a long time and even if one places a Sika sealant this is a temporary solution until a permanent solution is made which is costly both in terms of time and money.

Our mikveh

  • The Mikveh Malchut only has to take into account the weight of the water

weight advantage

Concrete mikvehs

  • In concrete mikvehs, one has to add several more tons to the weight of the water due to the concrete.

Our mikveh

  • Since we do not use acids to remove grease and scale, the Mikveh Malchut does not pollute the groundwater like a concrete mikveh.
  • Easy to clean with a cloth, takes just a few minutes

      Explanatory video

  • Thanks to the mikveh’s insulating material, the cost of heating is much lower (requires less energy)

**There is an option to use mosaic tiles for the mikveh.  In this case, the work is also  more precise and easier.

There is no need to level the walls or smooth them down as in concrete mikvehs. Everything      is simpler and cheaper.

Easy maintenance and environmental friendly

Concrete mikvehs

  • Concrete mikvehs use acids to remove grease and scale and these pollute the groundwater
  • There is a need to level the walls or smooth them down before laying the tiling.

We offer the cheapest and most efficient mikveh on the market.

Our terms enable customers to use a “regular” building contractor for the construction of the other installations involving water supply.

With us – you will get a beautiful building plus a mikveh at a very reasonable price
